On behalf of the 100 Black Men of Delaware, I am proud to share a bit about who we are and the work we are committed to doing in our community.

Our chapter is made up of dedicated men from diverse professional backgrounds—entrepreneurs, physicians, bankers, craftsmen, educators, and business leaders—united by one mission: to make a lasting, positive impact on the lives of those we serve. While we are a relatively new chapter of the 100 Black Men of America, we are fortunate to have two seasoned members from other dynamic chapters serving on our executive board, bringing valuable experience and insight to our leadership team.

Our programs are thoughtfully designed to address the specific needs of our local communities. We are focused on investing in our youth through active mentoring, promoting the value of education, advancing health and wellness, fostering economic empowerment, and cultivating deliberate leadership development.

Mentorship is, and will always be, the cornerstone of The 100. With the support of local partners and sponsors, we are building a strong platform for our mentoring programs—bi-weekly sessions, meaningful group and one-on-one mentee/mentor interactions, and exposure to professionals from a wide range of careers and life experiences. Through these efforts, our mentees learn the importance of presenting themselves with excellence—whether in their dress, conduct, or the clarity and confidence with which they express their ideas.
